How we consume—food, habits, what we take in and what we avoid—reveals our belief systems and shapes our relationships, beginning with the one we have with our bodies. Much of what brings us to therapy lives here. I start with the body—your home, your temple—and work outward, uncovering what no longer serves and strengthening what does.
