What Is Therapeutic Eating?

Therapeutic Eating is the heart of my work. I believe the kitchen is the birthplace of our intentions, and the table is a sacred space where meaningful conversations unfold — especially with the people we love.

Our relationships often fracture in the conversations we don’t have.
And our consumption habits — the food we eat, the media we watch, the things we buy — are extensions of our belief systems. Our bodies either benefit from those beliefs… or they don’t.

Often, it’s an outdated, unconscious, or destructive belief system that brings us into therapy. And truthfully, every one of us has a belief system to examine and dismantle. Every relationship we have stems from the one we have with ourselves.

In Therapeutic Eating™, I guide clients back to their bodies — their temple.
From this grounded place, we work outward: into emotions, patterns, relationships, and the symbolic meaning beneath daily life.
