60 day Therapeutic Eating Journey
Your 60 day Journey starts here.
This intensive program is designed to bring to light what you want, for example:
*healthier self talk
*better eating habits
So that from day 1 to day 60 you see stark shifts in your self rapport, your body & how you nourish yourself.
I provide you with an 8 week breakdown of what you’ll be doing to change how you approach your relationship to food and your body. This is the redefining process. Topics we discuss are:
*past & current relationships, namely to food & your body however relationships in general will be discussed in depth
*expanding your arsenal of healthy foods
*addiction and reframing
Your Journey & Transformation includes
- two Body Resets (November, February, May & August 1-10th)
- as well as a copy to my Therapeutic Eating Cookbook & Guide
These 2 months are broken down by the week; week 1 through 8. We’ll be meeting by FaceTime or Zoom (recordings optional) for up to 2 hours at a time and will include engaging live cooking demos, the kitchen construct and how you position yourself in your home.

“60 day Therapeutic Eating Journey” is a transformation process and is critical for you if you are struggling in your relationship with food. It will cut to the core of your belief system. I am shocked at how different I feel about my relationship with food now. Like I seriously never thought I would feel this way. Food used to torture me in a way… the cravings, the fighting with myself, the giving in, the gluttony, the guilt. Rinse and repeat. I thought about food constantly.
When can I eat again, what will I eat? I woke up ravenous and food was my first thought every day. It was what I thought about before sleep. “Am I hungry? Should I eat before I go to bed?”
The first 6 weeks working with you were definitely a challenge but honestly easier than losing weight before on my own. And now, I just don’t feel any of that torture anymore. No more cravings, no more fighting with myself, I feel liberated honestly. And going from at least two glasses of wine a day to virtually no alcohol?! It’s amazing how I actually feel repelled by some of the foods that used to taunt me. I’m just blown away, Katie. I’m so proud of myself and I feel so happy and free physically and emotionally.
