A simple sauce that pairs perfectly with fish.
1 bunch of parsley
3/4 cup olive oil
1/3 cup apple cider vinegar
2 cloves garlic
1 Tbsp mustard
salt & pepper
Blend everything – store in the fridge. Use generously.
Simply add to a can of wild tuna – so simple, but filling and fresh
