Who said salads had to be dainty? Not me. No not ever. Here are a few selections of salads that are totally Reset approved. Descriptions in the captions.

Steamed Kale, Fresh Blueberries & Flaxmeal. Steam Kale – strip the kale leaves from the stem or buy a large bag of kale already prepared. Place in a pot with a little water, cover and steam for 3-5 minutes. Drain any excess water and place in a bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic and sprinkle with sea salt. Top with blueberries and flax meal.

Arugula, Carrot & Purple Cabbage. Add all the veggies to a bowl, drizzle with condiments: Olive Oil, Mustard, Balsamic, Tamari and sea salt then mix well. Top with flaxmeal & mix again.

Tomato, Parsley, Endive & Flax. Chop all vegetables in a bowl, cut tomatoes into wedges. Drizzle with olive oil, balsamic, mustard and sea salt. Add flaxmeal and mix.
