Ingredients:

1 large bunch of basil

3-4 cloves garlic

2 Tbsp Macnut Butter (try Milkadamia Macnut Butter, here in Hawaii it’s sold at Costco)

Juice of 1/2 lemon

Salt & Cracked Pepper – to taste

Method:

Puree/Pulse ingredients in a Cuisinart or food processor

Mix into veggies or tofu – such as crumbled and sautéed tofu

Use as a dip or spread for sandwiches or for crudite
