Ingredients:

2.5 cups water

2 cups steal cut oats

2 Tbsp flax meal

1 large honey crisp apple

1 tsp baking soda

1 tsp cinnamon

1/2 tsp sea salt

Method:

This can easily be made oil/butter free using a nonstick skillet

Blend all of the ingredients in a high speed blender

Pour into preheated nonstick pan

Flip when bubbly & cook til lightly browned

Sauce:

3 tsp honey

1 tsp peanut powder or pb2

*heat honey for 20 seconds so it liquifies, add pb2 and mix

Serve with fresh pears or other fruit
