4 ingredient Chocolate Pudding, ready set….GO

  • 3 Tbsp cacao powder – I used Ghirardelli
  • 2 Tbsp powdered Erythritol – I used Swerve which I purchased at Whole Foods. Make sure you get the Confectioners kind – that way it’ll come out smooth and not granular.
  • pinch of sea salt
  • Roughly a 1/4 cup of oat milk

Be patient and stir carefully. You’ll think for a second you need to add more oat milk but then it won’t be as creamy so stir until the cacao powder is completely incorporated then decided whether or not you want it thinner.
