Thick slices of the bread in the air fryer is my new favorite digs.
Preheat oven to 350 degrees
Ingredients:![gluten free buckwheat bread](https://therapeuticeating.com/wp-content/uploads/savingPNG-2-copy-535x600.jpg)
3 cups buckwheat flour
1.5 cups flaxmeal
Large pinch of salt
1 Tbsp baking powder
Method:
Mix all of the dry ingredients
Add water in 1 cup amounts at first then adjust slightly = enough to make a sticky dough
Grease a loaf pan with vegan butter
Pour (plop) dough into pan
Bake for 45-55 min, slide a knife in to make sure the inside is cooked
Allow to cool and cut into thick slices
Toast or use an air fryer for making delicious concoctions like this +
