Hallelujah! Body Reset Recipes here we come! I’m making a compilation for your swift & easy access.

This is a delicious, quick and easy frittata recipe:

Ingredients:

5 eggs

1 cup of egg whites

1/4 cup of macadamia nut milk (or milk alternative)

2 cloves garlic

1/2 bunch of parsley

1/2 bunch of basil

salt & pepper to taste

1 red onion, cut into wedges

This is how I laid the onion in the pan. I greased using Avocado Oil spray. I blended the egg mixture using my immersion blender.

Method:

Preheat the oven to 350 degrees

Grease a cast iron pan (a square brownie dish will work great too)

Place the onion along the bottom of the pan

Blend all of the other ingredients (eggs, garlic, herbs, salt) & Pour over the onion.

Place in oven and bake for 35 minutes, allow to rest and cool on the stove. Slice and serve (or cover and refrigerate for later)
