Reset Recipe approved. Here’s a spin on using flax meal. My all time favorite wellness ingredient.
Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups of flax meal (ground flax seed)
2 medium carrots – peeled and shredded
1 large zucchini – shredded
1 Tbsp pumpkin pie spice
1 Tbsp coconut oil
large pinch of sea salt
Method:
preheat oven to 350 degrees
combine all ingredients
press into a grease cast iron pan (I like using avocado oil cooking spray)
Bake for 35 minutes, remove & cool
Slice into pie/pizza slices. Enjoy with Keto (sugar free) Maple Syrup – or similar. My favorite brands are Birchbenders or Lakanto.
