Want a simple sauce for your next chicken or fish dish? Are we in agreement that the sauce makes the meal yet? Ok good. Here you go:

Ingredients you’ll need:

Pickled Veggies



Protein – fish or chicken. See captions below ↓


1. Chop 1 cup of your favorite pickled veggies. I used canned Cauliflower, Carrots, Pearl Onions, Celery and Roasted Peppers. (It’s in the isle with the pickles and olives) 2. Chop 1/2 bunch of Dill 3. Add 2 Tbsp of your favorite Mayo, I use Primal Kitchen Avocado Mayo (avoid any mayo using Soybean oil!) 4. Blend in your Cuisinart or pulse in your blender. You can also just chop the veggies very fine and mix all of the ingredients together well in a bowl.

Make your favorite fish or chicken dish. I love poached chicken (see recipe) or this worked really nicely too – Salmon Burgers roasted in the oven. These were store bought so simple is always nice! Top your protein with the veggie-dill sauce and serve! Makes for a fun party meal. XO
