An excellent meal for a day of good intentions. I’ll make this and simply eat it all day.

Ingredients

1 head of purple cabbage, chopped

5 stalks of celery, chopped

1 – 24 oz can of chopped tomatoes

2 chicken breasts, cut into cubes

1 1/2 Tbsp Kinders Taco Blend with lime and ancho chili

1 Tbsp Braggs Aminos

1/2 lemon, cut in quarter

1 bay leaf

sea salt to taste

+ 1.5 cups water

Bring all ingredients to a boil then simmer and cover for 15 minutes. Serve. XO
