A refreshing salad that is filling, super fresh and surprisingly easy to whip up:
1 package of kelp noodles, rinsed & drained
1 heart of romaine, chopped
1/2 cup shredded carrots
1/2 jalapeño, sliced
~ mix well
In a jar blend the dressing ingredients:
1 Tbsp miso paste
1 Tbsp maple syrup
2 tsp mustard
2 tsp dark sesame oil
2 tsp rice vinegar
1 tsp ume plum vinegar *optional
1-2 tsp tamari
~ blend & pour over salad, incorporate well. Chill for later or eat straight away.
