You eating machine you. Enjoy this one:

  • 1 spaghetti squash – halved, seeded
  • Drizzle with olive oil and sea salt
  • Place face down on a baking dish
  • Put in a 400 degree oven, 35 minutes should do the trick

Meanwhile, warm a pot of Shakshuka Moroccan Simmer sauce – warning, you gotta love spicy…

Once the squash can be pierced through the skin easily, remove it from the oven. With a kitchen towel hold one 1/2 of the squash and scoop out the pulp on to a plate. Pour Shakshuka sauce over the top. Sprinkle with some nutritional yeast and a little extra sea salt. 

Enjoy this incredibly easy Plant Based Supper somewhere delightful – in good company even if it’s just you and your microbes.
