A high grade ceremonial matcha that gives a delicious buzz each cup you make. I suggest blending 1-2 tsp of matcha with 1 tsp of my functional mushroom blend, 1/3 cup soy or oat milk + 1 cup just boiled water and 1-2 tsp of your choice of sweetener (raw honey is my favorite but midday I tend to use stevia).

Matcha is a delicious, grassy, ocean-like alternative to coffee. It’s supportive to the adrenal glands and packed with chlorophyll. I love my coffee but I also love taking a break from coffee and using matcha as a gentle but buzz worthy respite. It’s energizing but keeps you in that Zen state.
